
Ingredients:
- 120g puffed amaranth
- 140g dried plums, apple und cranberries
- 50g roasted hazelnuts
- 40g pumpkin seeds
- 70g agave syrup
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
- 150g cocoa butter
Preparation
Cut the dried fruits into small pieces. Combine all ingredients, except the cocoa butter. Let the cocoa butter melt in a hot water bath. Mix the liquid butter with the other ingredients gently, place them in a baking pan and squeeze in the dough with a spoon. Keep the energy-bar mixture in the refrigerator for at least four hours until the cocoa butter has solidified. Cut the cooled mass into smaller pieces. They are best kept in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
